I would like there to be a way for employees to recommend money saving improvements for DHEC  I understand most of the money is federal so there a many restrictions but if there were a safe way for frontline employees to make recommendations there maybe some improvements is providing services and definitely in employee morale. I am really impressed by the employees on the front line of services I think they have the ideas to make our state govt better.

I hope you can find a highly qualified director WITHIN our state. I don't understand how this has become national news.

Please look for a proven leader that cares about SC we are different from other states we want less government but better improved government. Thank you for your time.
