<WFUD_Request>I live at 395 Duboise Rd in Summerville sc.i worked and took care of myself and family for years like you are suppose to do. I even had a 2nd job. I started having problems with diarrhea and they could not say shay was wrong. I went to musc who said it was IBS and there was nothing else they could help me with. I have spent all savings retirement I had. I applied for Ssi and disability to be turned down several times. I tried to work but the IBS was never under control and I got fired from several jobs because of the smell and you cannot be the freshest after you have several diarrhea episodes throughout the day. I don't have any health insurance because I don't have any income to pay for insurance and don't qualify for Medicaid. I need help I just lost my home and don't have any place to stay. I have problems with depression for years at this point I have anxiety and panic attacks when leaving the house. I have applied for help and have no where to turn. I feel like the disability process has help caused my downfall of losing everything I have. Who would want to stop work and need help my life is such a mess I go to Dorchester county mental health.please help me with disability I have no way to turn</WFUD_Request>
