Myself and two friends had plans to visit your state Oct. 7-10.  Due to the inclement weather concerns and evacuations, we decided to cancel our reservations.  We were staying in North Myrtle Beach, 1 block back from ocean on Hillside Drive.  We rented a property with Elliott Realty located at 401 Sea Mountain Hwy, N. Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.  We called to cancel reservations and they stated we could only reschedule by Dec 31st.  With the cooler weather being accounted for in future weeks and our schedules, we needed a refund.  Later in the day they sent us an email stating they will only refund days of evacuation and we could come down for remaining days.  Which we would arrive Sunday evening and leave Monday morning.  I wanted to know if their are any state laws against them not refunding our full amount?  I'm completely disappointed with Elliott Realty and hope this is not an indication of how SC treats tourist.  We have stayed numerous times in North Myrtle, Charleston, and Hilton Head over the years.  Thank you for your time and response.
