AGENCY REPORTS—AGENCY PRINT MEDIUM OPTIONS

Agencies are now able to choose among certain print medium options for specific reports. These options are designed to reduce waste of paper and computer time by suppressing the printing of reports that agencies do not use and do not wish to receive and by printing certain voluminous reports on microfiche, if the agency so desires.

The print medium options currently available for agency reports can be viewed on the Agency Report Master List in Alphabetical Order and the Agency Report Master List in Numerical Order. Agencies made selections via a questionnaire returned to the Comptroller General's Office in April and May of 1987. These selections may be changed, within the limits described on the Master List, by addressing a written request to the Central State Finance Division of the Comptroller General's Office.
