I know smoking is bad and we are both trying to quit, this new lease only gives us 5-6 days to review or move with a 30 day notice, we can't find a place being stuck in leases without losing our deposit and having a black mark made against us, we thought after the second lease expired we were permanently month to month because it expired 2 months ago but it seems when they found we were using this time to seek a better place they demanded we sign a new lease! We have had a Complex run our credit 3 times in 2 days after paying them their $60 fee to do a credit check this hurt our already less than perfect credit Being On SSDI and only getting about $900 each a month makes things hard enough but what some of these landlords are doing is immoral and unethical the ones we have found so far that we can afford have in one way or another discriminated against us, I cant wait until our Great Day in South Carolina! Please help us with these issues we don't know where to go or who to talk to? our situation has a lot more to it but I don't know how to explain it in a email I am willing to talk to someone if someone will listen?
