Dear Governor Haley,

I woke up this morning with a strong idea on my mind from a dream, if you can believe it.  I wonder if it is possible to do a "voluntary" 1% sales tax for our citizens at retail stores, where the money goes exclusively to roads and bridge repairs from the flood?  

It was such a wonderful idea and I felt such hope when I woke up with it on my heart today.  I really think people may respond positively, at least for a while anyway.
