Just wanted to reach out to the governor about the issue with private dams. About 10 years ago my wife and i were in the same situation with a possible dam fail with in a mile from our home in Massachusetts, see link on a story that might be useful or not, this was in The Enetrprise newspaper in Massachusetts, the story in Taughton, MA
