Dear Gov. Haley,
I have sought an avenue for my petition to government and your speech gave me an idea.  
I believe we need a constitutional convention to address the problem that our government has evolved into an aristocracy over the years which only seeks its re-election and its own self-given privileges.
The first item should be "The Congress shall pass no law which does not apply to every man, woman, and child in the United States, equally".  This includes themselves, The President, everyone.
The second item should be term limits which would eliminate the great problem of the constant search of funds to attain re-election.  The President might have one term, length to be determined, perhaps 6 years.  The Senate, the same.  Congress might have a total of 6 years service or one 2 year term.  There are plenty of knowledgeable people available to serve.
The outrageous pensions and hidden remunerations of the congress should be eliminated.  
The TV networks should donate time to legitimate candidates equally as a precondition to their licensure, no profiteering permitted.
Strict campaign funding limits without convertibility of unused funds should be set. PAC's and similar groups should be unconstitutional.
