I am writing concerning the pending case in Greenville Co with Josh Kimbrell. While I was upset at the start when Governor Haley drop him like a hot potato I understood. But something needs to be done in this case. Now that Social services as well as family court has cleared him why has he not dropped the charges. It is beginning to look like a political attack gone wrong on his part. My question is is there a process to recall a solicitor and if so what is required. He is not fit for the office he has been elected to and needs to be replaced
