I am writing to inform you that D. Ashley Pennington Public Defender has a deposition that proves that Berkeley County Sheriff Deputy Lonnie Mizzell planted evidence under order of Ricky Driggers and was caught by the FBI. That is why he retired. They planted evidence on my daughter while being investigated by the FBI and charged her with a crime. I personally witnessed the event and I have tried to get a copy of the deposition given by Ronald Holliday where he states the he was coerced into planting evidence under threat of incarceration by BCSO Lonnie Mizzell and then BCSO Ricky Driggers. I have written USDA Bill Nettles, The US justice Dept., Ashley Pennington and President Obama. I am presently filing for a FOIA to prove that not only did they violate a SC citizens civil rights they violated the law in what appears now to be a conspiracy between agencies to cover up the truth. They destroyed my daughter and I will find some one that will listen. I hope it will be you but if not I am going to write every person in the SC and Federal government until someone does
