I am developing a system that uses latest innovation technologies for veterans.  Looking for another state to help veterans &amp me. I seek to get &amp leverage 2 NSF grants, each $2-2.5 million to build/test aspects. Systems match veterans to best possible employment/enterprise based on innate personal, adaptive, mass customized education. It teaches only what the veteran needs to know to land the best possible situation, fast. Takes the guess work out of the process of finding the match as employers also use the system to refine their requirements definitions. Using Artificial Intelligence, the system gets smarter from every veteran's keystrokes. It is a mobile system using Top Secret-level encryption on iOS or Androids, so it secure veteran personal data, like medical. 
I served 9 years active duty, 21 IRReserves. Commissioned in USAF in '83, flight training systems procurement, and history faculty USAF Academy. Several startups including WebED, Inc., 1st intelligent online education company for teachers. SC along with 25 other states, was customer.
