His name is Zachary Kerr inmate #332484. He's been incarcerated for 2 yrs now. During these 2 yrs, he has repeatedly requested to get into a drug/alcohol program to help him cope with a drug free life. I went to his parole hearing yesterday. He didn't get parloed, wich we kinda knew that already. What bothered me was how uncaring the parole board was when he asked for help. It's not like before he went to prison. He really wants to get help. I don't understand how the prison's mission is to help rehabilitate if they aren't going to provide the necessary help. He has 9 months left and id deathly affraid to come home. He doesn't go to ATU now that he didn't get paroled. He's just sitting there. His kids need their dad, especially sober. Please Governor Haley, will you look into this and help him get into a program for the remaining time he has left? His kids need him sober, he needs his self sober. He deserves another chance to make things right with his life. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Sincerely, Heather Kerr
