Lawmakers adjourned last week without passing a resolution that allowed them to return and deal with Sanford's vetoes on the budget and other bills.
Because they are not coming back, Sanford now has until June 30th to decide what he will veto in the five-point-three (b) billion budget that takes effect July First.
Sanford says he plans to hold budget hearings around the state during the summer.
He also plans to announce tomorrow his Commission on Management, Accountability and Performance, which will review the way government works.
