How in the world can the Mayor of Latta, S.C fire the Chief of Police Crystal Moore because of her sexual interest, and how can Earl Bullard(Mayor) be the Mayor and doesn't even live in the town Latta? He lives in Bennettesville, S.C. From my understanding he left his wife and is living with the woman he left his wife for. His wife lives in the house they stayed in. Yes he owns property in Latta, but I thought you had to live in the town of Latta to be Mayor??? I don't even live in the town but I think that is wrong. Someone needs to check into all the things that are going on in the town. Also someone needs to ride through Latta and check out all the pot holes, from where water lines has busted. Someone is going to end up sueing the state when their car gets messed up from all the pot holes.
