Hello ma'am I'm contacting you in concern of the NAF assistance.  I missed the deadline for Richland County residence to signup because due to a sick family member in Florida.  My wife's father took I'll and still in the nursing home in Clewiston, Florida with very little progress at this time still.  I came to Camden today to sign up and was told no by a nice male worker.  I explained that I had missed the deadline for Richland and asked if there was anyone here that could override the rules legally, he said no.  I ask who else can I speak with, he pointed me to the site manager.  After explaining my situationbut, I was told by the site manager in these harsh words and I quote " ASALUTELY NO WAY" I understand it couldn't be done but his harsh words were disturbing.  I don't think it was right for him to speak that way, hopefully I'm the only one he spoke to like that.  In addition, I was wondering if there was hoing to be another make up day??  I know others who missed signing up also.  Thank you for your time and all you do ma'am kelp up the good work for all of us here in SC.
