I send this email in relation to the tax bill for military retirees. I have been here for 16 years and was contemplating moving to NC for that very reason that NC doesn't tax military retired pay. My wife passed away 18 Dec 2015 and is buried at the Ft. Jackson National Cemetery where I will go when my time arrives. That is the reason the I want to remain in the area so I can visit her regularly. With the loss of her retirement income (she also retired from state government DDSN) I have to watch the money more closely that's why I hope and pray you sign the bill. That would so many of us retirees that are on a fixed income. Thank you for your support and the great job you have done during you time in office. Respectfully, Richard Daves MSG USA (Ret.)
