No one I speak to at 1-888-834-5901 will give me a name or a contact of who actually headed up the program. So now I am reaching out to you to see if you can help me. I continue to get the run around as to why my DSNAP benefits have not showed up since 12/10/2015. The people I know that also filled out an application on 12/9/2015 had their money on the card within 4 days. Every time I speak to someone at 1-888-834-5901 I am told it is being submitted for an agent to pull my application & find out why & just give it a little longer, it has been 6 weeks since last request, I'm sure they could have found my application by now. It has been 2 full months and I am desperately needing the benefits since I do not receive any other state benefits. Do you have any contact information or someone that I can get to see why the process is taking so long or at least get someone to locate my application. Sincerely, Dawn Gwinn
