The SUV had to be towed back to the dealer. I explained to him that it appeared that were trying to sell me a vehichle that should have been salvaged. I paid them $5,500.00 total cash for the car. He agreed to buy back the SUV however they only agreed to give a check for $3,000.00 back on the vehichle and should have refunded all of the money due to lemon laws. 98.71.1.80
