<WFUD_Request>I needed help with this situation I purchase a used car Tucson 2006 that was driveable during the purchase, aft

er completing the sale a got the car home and notice it had extensive water damage to the back sit of the SUV I drove it for a day or 2 and it became non driveable.   The SUV had to be towed back to the dealer.   I explained to him that it appeared that were trying to sell me a vehichle that should have been salvaged.  I paid them $5,500.00 total cash for the car.  

He agreed to buy back the SUV however they only agreed to give a check for $3,000.00 back on the vehichle and should have refunded all of the money due to lemon laws.</WFUD_Request>
