Good Afternoon,
No job is perfect. Sometimes
necessity demands that we devote an inordinate percentage of our time to the
least enjoyable aspects of our job. For me, the past 6 weeks have been like
that.
Dealing with certain personalities
can be draining. But, allowing others to negatively affect our performance or
our attitude is a losing proposition. I am not always successful, but I try to
use these times to improve my performance in those areas: I try to live above
negativity and personal agenda.
Anyway, I hope to be out and about
more often within the next two weeks. I look forward to seeing you and seeing
the improvements in your institutions and
operations.
Thank you for your hard
work.
