Dear Nikki Haley,

A mother's greatest fear is to lose a child without any warning. On June 7, 2016; my life crumbled right before me as I stood there to watch a car pull out of my driveway with my little girl in it. Without any proof of the allegations held against me, my only child was removed from my care. DSS was not involved and there was not an investigation taken place to prove my own innocence.There was nothing that I could do to all my daughter to remain with me. The papers were served and a court date had been set. I knew that my only chance to redeem myseld would be the court hearing. On June 20, 2016; the judicial system still allowed my 0arents to keep my child in their custody. 

My step father has worked for the Greenwood Sheriffs Department for over eighteen yesrs. When I presented my case bef9re the judge, I quickly learned that he is also known as a Greenwood Judge. I requested to the court to look at the illegal notaries that my parents had presented. To recognized that there are only allegations to be spoken of rather than actual significant evidence. I pleaded my case but my voice was never heard. Power and money overruled the integrity of my family. As a whole, the Sheriffs Department of Greenwood failed the judicial system that day. That to me is highly appalling because it can happen to the next person. I come to you as a human being and as a mother; please help me win my daughter bsck and end this illegal cycle at the Sheriffs Department of Greenwood. Thank you for your time.
