I took a picture of the ridiculous line,  crowd ,  "lack of adequate" parking,  etc. at Kingstree distribution point this AM.  NO WAY I COULD SPEND THE TIME REQUIRED TO GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS.  I AM SURE THE NUMBER IS ASTONISHING FOR THOSE WHO COULD NOT.  In fact,  how could those that did get off work?  Could not find a way to even email the picture to you.  There were many law enforcement personnel from many state agencies directing traffic,  performing crowd control,  etc.  Surely this can be handled better in 2015!! Email applications and fax would save a HUGE AMMOUNT OF MONEY and could be verified via state records (DOT).  Also would have allowed those of us entitled, but prohibited because of time (working and paying taxes)from receiving OUR ENTITLEMENT BENEFITS.
