ok ms haley i need you help with carolyn pamplonas case with her slum lord and her section 8 housing application from @2010 up until last year @april 2014 she was approved for a home not an apartment we found this out only checking on her application since we did not hear from them they said that a packet for approval was sent back in 2014 of which it was not received by ariel or carolyn and the section 8 office said they lost their home i talked to i believer her name was teresa one of the appeal board members explained the situation she said to write a letter to the appeal board that the packet was not received and we would hear from them in 10 day or more pending their case load we have not heard from them in a year carolyn is a partial paraplegic disable in this state in 2009 by a fall they are force to live at the location they have been staying in due to their finances and inability to find a home in their pricerange to live that but this home is sub standard conditions and you mean to tell me this woman lost worry free home becuase of the lack of care and inability for sect 8 to do their job.  with all the problems with the house the lanlord refuses to fix we have a list a mile long their b/c of faulty wiring their a/c caught on fire could have burned them to death over night if carolyn did not wake in her sleep to smell it.  sewage has been coming out of a pipe underneath the house for over a month and now with the ice there was a leak in roof just behind carolyns electric medical bed they stopped payment on the rent check and is filing notification to the magistrate because lanlord want them out.  community long term care has provided documentation to ariel in proof of all the stuff they have had to provid eto just make it liveable i.e a ramp b/c the deck to get out the front door colapsed with ariel on it and landlord has not fixed and carolyn has to have an exit to home in case of fire. please do something push for her appeal get her a home because they are out of options her husband cannot work due to his dibiltatin diabetes condition and he is 24/ caregiver for carolyn whom has been in emergency room almost every other week due to doctors inabilty to fix her bladder infection problem that dihydrated her if anyone need your immediate assitance right now it is them
