Please Governor Hailey I don't know where else to turn and I need help!! My next step is to contact 60 Minutes and 20 20.  My daughter married a crazy ex-Highway Patrolman, who thinks he owns the world and no one can get him.  My daughter is a wonderful loving mother and this man is trying to take her five year old son away from her.  He left her four years ago with a one year old son and at the time with no heat.  He was caught on a Cruise Ship with the girl he was running around with.  They are now married and he is retired and drawing disability. He is a con and manipulator.  He has even threatened to kill her but the court system gives him all the breaks and my daughter none.  He has even been diagnosed with a brain injury and yet she is the one the child is being taken away from.  She has been held in contempt of court for two reasons.  1) she thought she was able to have her son on her birthday and so the father didn't get him 2) she was found in contempt of court for alienating the father because she signed him up for soccer and part of the time he is playing soccer on his weekends.  The last judge went as far to say 4 year old kindergarten was not important because she said they should have joint custody and the father would have to drive an hour to bring him to school. She did not consider at all the child's welfare and how all the changes were going to affect him.  I know this doesn't sound real but I this is all true!  HELP!!!!1
