Driving down I95 yesterday from Maryland to my son's house in Florida. Here are some suggestions!
Flooding Best Practices:

1)NEVER NEVER NEVER close a road, for instance, I95 at Florence exit, where that traffic will empty into the flooded area. You need to close I95 before Florence.
2)You need National Guard out there with information for travelers on how to navigate the roads and get to higher ground. Do Not send 18 wheelers into neighborhoods with roads that are down to 1 lane because part of the lane washed away.
3) The black, 60ish council women owes the young black man an apology that was interviewed on the radio for even mentioning no one would just call in to the radio station and lie. He had such a valid point. If you have curfews and your giving out water, you need to start earlier as NO ONE should be out on those roads in the dark.
4) The road I was on and crossed several bridges, BLACK SWAMP had water as high as the bridge. I went over and they sure as crap need to be closed. AGAIN National Guard out there and close 95 before Florence. No one should be driving around in Florence. It's almost completely underwater.
5) The road beside a lake had a breach that I drove past. I thought it was just water coming across the road. When I looked to my right there was a lake. That road needs to be closed. The dam had a breach and you were advertising on the radio telling people that weren't in harms way!! THEY SURE AS HECK ARE!
