Hello! I'm writing in regards to the trash and litter in our State!  I live in Dorchester County, and it has litter everywhere.  I had relatives come to visit for the first time, from another state, and was embarrassed what they had to say: Wow, We couldn't believe the litter and trash everywhere in your State! The media's and sides of the roads and ditches, are trashed terribly! Then when I looked into it, we are in the top 5 of the trashist States for litter.  That's Terrible! Why can't the chain gang of Prisoners, go back to picking up trash!  I was driving through Goose Creek on Goose Creek Blvd, and there were Prisoners in the black and whites picking up trash in the media. Like yesterday, I was walking my dog down a main road, and someone had been trimming all the trees along the whole sidewalk, but they left all the debris laying on the sidewalk or thrown in the ditch!
What can be done?
