will explain to you what happened in VA and what will happen in SC if you continue to not accept Medicaid Expansion.  

I can think of no rational reason for your policy.  I know you have connections with the American Legislative Exchange Council and are probably taking their advice on this; but realize that you will be held accountable by the people of SC and the world for this un-compassionate decision, just as you will for fighting against the Affordable Care Act.

Please reconsider; do the right thing, and back the ACA and Medicaid Expansion.
