Dear Governor Haley,

We applaud your wisdom regarding the Confederate flag that is hanging on government property.  Since there is a delay with the removal of same.  My organization would like to donate an encapsulating flag... perhaps a Christian Flag since most Confederates claimed to be Christians.  This way, the existing flag could still hang temporarily without being offensive to anyone.  We will donate the encapsulating flag sack &amp volunteer to hang it as soon as you wish.  Keep up the great work!  May God continue to keep &amp bless you and your great state!
