The hurricane center says the storm could come ashore near Beaufort on Tuesday.

The hurricane center dropped the tropical storm watch and tropical storm warning for Florida as the storm is moving away from the coast now.

At 11 a-m, Ophelia was 130 miles east of Daytona Beach. The storm is moving north-northeast at five miles an hour. Highest winds are 65 miles an hour.

The hurricane center says the storm could make a loop in the Atlantic Ocean and head toward the United States early next week.
