Hi, this is definitely not necessary. However, My brother Cecil Mark Fowler is currently in Walden Correctional. He is paying his time for crimes committed. My parents are not healthy and I will be the one taking them for a visit. I run a Child Development Center and have children of my own. I know this has nothing to do with us but I didn't know if there is anyway possible to transfer him to a facility closer to Greenville, SC that is a work-release program.  He could be working and getting his own money for paying his fines for whenever he gets out,for his canteen or items needed. This would help my parents and me so much.  Thanks for your time.  I know you are busy with other more important matters.
