Hello,

This proclamation is to raise awareness about the need for pet adoption. We, Citizens for Pet Adoption, are a group concerned with and committed to promoting animal adoption. I arrange events and promotions and I live in Colorado but we are an organization with national ties including many members in South Carolina. We would like to use this proclamation as promotion for our message. We would like to have this proclamation be for July 8th. We'd like this language.

WHEREAS, only 35% of dogs and 37% of cats in shelters get adopted
