I am collecting recipes for a cookbook to be published later this year by my favorite charity, Big Cat Rescue in Tampa, FL.  I was writing to see if you would be willing to contribute one (or more) recipes on behalf of the governor that could be included in their recipe book.

Any recipe(s) you are willing to contribute can be emailed to me at lori.duska@verizon.net or via snail mail at Lori M. Duska, 1041 East 9th Street, Erie, PA  16503.  The governor's name will of course appear with the recipe when the book is published - and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Big Cat Rescue, located in Tampa, FL, is one of the largest accredited sanctuaries in the world dedicated to abused and abandoned big cats.  They are home to 80+ lions, tigers, bobcats, cougars and other species - most of whom have been abandoned by owners who wrongly thought they would make good pets, or were abused, orphaned, saved from being turned into fur coats, or retired from performing acts.  The sanctuary began rescuing exotic cats in November 1992.

The 67 acre sanctuary is one of the largest big cat sanctuaries in the world and is accredited by The Global Federation of Sanctuaries (GFAS).  Big Cat Rescue is located at 12802 Easy Street, Tampa, FL 33625.
