Thank you so much for mailing the certificates for the SC Annual Governor’s Volunteer Awards Ceremony and Luncheon.  You can go to the link below and see our pictures. The event was wonderful and we heard many inspiring stories of how volunteers are working across this great state. The photographer, Joan Perry, does an excellent job.  She is the Director of Volunteers at Roper St. Francis Healthcare and Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital.  A group of volunteers that she nominated won the Volunteer Group Award and we did not send you the correct name for that group.  I don’t think she realizes that we do not make the certificate, but she wants to know if it’s possible to get another certificate with the correct name on it as you can see her request below.  They had several in their group and if it’s o.k. she will just copy the original and give each of them a copy. Is something that can be done?  Thanks for any information.

What a lovely event. Thank you for all the work you put into it. It is so meaningful to the winners.  Here is the link to the album. I had already shared it on the SCAVA Facebook page so you may have it already. Folks are free to share. It they select an image they can right click to save or forward. They are very reasonable to order directly from the site as well.

As you can imagine I have to be careful to be “fair” when working with three hospitals in a health system. Our certificate and plaque say “St. Francis” instead of “Roper St. Francis”. If it isn’t too much trouble would you make me a new certificate with “Roper St. Francis Patient Representatives Volunteers” on it?  If you send me one I will make copies for each of the members of the group. Don’t worry about the trophy.
