Governor Haley,

Please forgive the days that are being missed due to this flood emergency for schools.  As an educator, our job is difficult enough, but to lose our teacher workdays will not help us be more effective.  We are operating at Opcon Level 1 and dealing with a flood that is historic; therefore, these are not the normal foreseen weather conditions.  We are likely to have to make up days in the winter because I'm sure there will be ice days missed.  The school districts will only forgive them if it comes from you.  Please make this happen.  Thank you!
