To whom it may concern,

I'm trying to get a retirement certificate/letter for 1SG Barker.  I contacted the awards representative and she told me that a Certificate of Appreciation applies only for SC community work.  I would like that to be considered being that 1SG Barker, a native to South Carolina, has served in the Federal 'community' for 25 years.  Please contact me via email or telephone.  If some sort of letter is sent for 1SG Barker, I have another preferred address for it to be mailed to.
