This is the second email that I have sent to you regarding this matter.
First, let me thank you for responding in such a timely manner.  Your staff was courteous and kind.

They put me in touch with the DMV Constituent Services for SC.  Unfortunately things have gotten worse since my first email.

The DMV services requested that I send over all the paperwork that I had submitted at the Bluffton DMV office, which was rejected  for (1) copy of Vital Statistics was not accepted - wanted original) (2)
wanted an additional marriage license of my first marriage (34 years ago).  

Now it gets good......they said that I could NOT use my middle name of Lorraine (my mother called me this from birth)and that all the names must match.  My drivers license from Tucson and all the other places I have lived says Lorraine W Beaver - my birth certificate says Belinda Lorraine Walters, my utility bill says Lorraine Beaver, my social security card says Lorraine Walters Beaver (I had to change it at the time I remarried) They said I have to get a COURT ORDER TO LEGALLY CHANGE MY NAME TO MATCH ALL THE DOCUMENTS in order to get a license in SC.

So now not only do I have to get a copy of my old marriage license from NC $39 fee, an original copy of the Statistic birth certificate $39 Fee, and NOW -  a court order to even use my name that I have been using since birth because nothing matches.  

I am at my wits end.  I was born in NC, and married my present Husband 31 years ago.  We have moved due to his job, to Georgia, Louisiana, Florida, and Arizona and now here.  I have had a realtor's license in my name Lorraine W Beaver in Louisiana, Florida and Arizona and planned to get it here.

I have never had any trouble before, purchasing a house, getting a license or paying my taxes.
