I understand that a bill, which was almost unanimously approved, last may, which you said you would sign, is just stting idle, it concerns open carry, and concealed carry of hand guns in our state. I strongly urge you to do all that is in up our power, to get this legislation moving again In this day and age of terrorism, and active shooter situation, another happening just today in Richmond, I believe that passing the bill will help to bolster the actions of law enforcement, and deter criminal acts of aggression against the innocent.
