I am writing in regards to your supposedly get tough policy on domestic violence and abuse toward women. I have a female friend in Greenville that is being harassed as well as threatened by a man that has been to jail already for domestic violence and harassment towards women. I talked to a sergeant today about this and he is well aware of this man and stated he has two harassment complaints against him right now  I asked why is he not in jail. His answer to me was that's what keeps me employed. That's the society and court system we live in.  Why should the innocent suffer and walk around scared while the criminal is allowed to continue to disrupt and bring pain to those innocent women. I could give examples but don't have room here. Please put these people away. Thanks
