Governor Haley,
I am caring for my handicapped Mother who is 91 and my handicapped Brother who is 71 and their medical and prescription needs have drained my account. I can not work because I can not afford to hire someone to take care of them.  I am in desperate need of a low cost loan or a grant to pay the rent and bills that I got behind on.  Do you know of any place that I can apply to as for my credit rating it has dropped very low due to taking care of their medical needs so I have bad credit at this point and looking for a way to improve it by being able to pay off all the bills.  I was told to contact you because you know what I should do and where I can go to get help.
