<WFUD_Request>I was terminated for Richland County DSS on 2/12/2016, and filed for Unemployment Benefits on 2/14/2016.  The SC Department of Employment and Workforce has repeatedly contacted the wrong employer delaying my benefits.  I was denied Unemployment benefits, and filed an appeal.  The appeal hearing was scheduled for 3/30/2016 with the wrong employer.  I contact the agency three times prior to the hearing, but on 3/30/2016 I was contact by the hearing officer (Gerald B. Turner) office stating because they send the Notice of Appeal Hearing By Telephone to the wrong the office the hearing was not going to take place.  This seem so wrong.  I contact the agency two weeks before the hearing to verify the right employer was contacted because the SC DEW had contact the wrong employer from the start. So for my family to suffer for the mistake of SC DEW agency is not right. Please look into the reason why I was dismissed from Richland Co. DSS and know that I did not do what they said I did. After I answer the first reason Richland Co DSS told the SC DEW I was terminated, Richland Co did not provide any proof their allegations.  I just need to receive the benefits due me in the form of Unemployment Benefits until I can secure another full-time job. Please help me.
