Then I read the newspaper and you actually were quoted "The main thing we can't do is choose one business over another or do special favors for anyone," Haley said during a visit to Goose Creek. However, I guess it is okay to do special favors (worth millions) for Chinese car manufacturers. I guess any special consideration for Century would be a conflict. We would not want any US aluminum to end up in a Chinese vehicle. Beijing would never allow that. It has to be assembled in South Carolina with Chinese aluminum. The entire story is so sad. Century's hands are tied and Santee Cooper's hands are tied and the government does not do special favors for anyone, well almost anyone. The results are 600 families must pick up the pieces and live with the aftermath. Please Help and Please Care
