Up to this point you seem to have been a good governor for South Carolina. Your decision to make the confederate flag a racial issue is disappointing. I know that some view it and use it as such. But these people don't accept it for what it really stands for. God bless those that fought and died for you and your state. Do votes matter so much that you would sell out those that believe and honor the fallen and the history of your great state. Our government and now you have folded for a few that are ignorant of our history and those that stood and stand for it. You should reevaluate whether you are the right person to lead the State of South Carolina. You truly seem to be a wonderful person. But please don't fold to those that only have their own interest at heart and care nothing about the truth. By you and your senate doing this to your people you should be ashamed. God bless your state and our country.
