FLORENCE---Even though the past few days have been downright chilly, spring is here, and the Pee Dee State Farmers Market is ready to burst into bloom. The Southern Plant and Flower Festival will be held April 19-22, at the Pee Dee State Farmers Market, 2513 West Lucas Street (Hwy. 52), in Florence. The Southern Plant and Flower Festival will run Thursday through Saturday 8:00am until 6:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm until 6:00pm. For more information, call Dickie Felder or Mary Ridgeway at 843-665-5154.
