We all know that over 60% of people in jails have mental health issues. Is there is question over police handling the 'normal' then how can I not worry about my son. He is in jail again. I have tried so many many times to get in a mental health for a more stable son. He has been in Three Rivers and Morris Village,,they get him on medication and set him back on my doorsteps with prescriptions I can't afford. Time after time his behavior gets so bad I have no choice but to call cops. Please I beg you help my son and help me and help his children. We have suffered so much. Thank you, Kay L. Spencer
