I am the Chair for the Women's Leadership Institute at the University of South Carolina.  Every Spring, we open registration to over 420 faculty, staff and graduate students across the state of South Carolina to attend a one day workshop at the USC campus.  We have a keynote speaker;  20+ breakout sessions related to developing leadership skills, work life balance, career services, diversity and inclusion as well as many other relevant topics; and then networking opportunities.  We would like to have Governor Nikki Haley as our keynote speaker for this next year's Women's Leadership Institute.  It will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 on USC's campus and the keynote will begin at 9:00 am.  We have over 20 higher education institutions represented at this institute so she will be able to reach women from across this great state.
