Haley is aware of The Article Five Convention of States Movement in South Carolina and across the nation. Gov. Abbott of TX is now one of many who believe a Convention of States is our last best chance to regain order in DC. Eight states have already taken action and passed the resolution. I'd like to know Gov. Haley's position on this issue. Sincerely, Mike Berry Columbia, SC
