The left hand right turn lane should be straight and right turn....there is wasted space on the overpass and this causes unnecessary congestion that backs up to Palmetto Commerce. There are too many turn lane on rivers ave. There are turn lanes that end just to have another pick up 20' later further. Ashely Phosphate and Dorchester roads.... There should be deviders and dedicated turn lanes. The area in front of the bowling lanes on Ashley Phosphate is a nightmare...also at the rr tracks on Ashley Phosphate. Bring me in to assist with this and common sense design will take place. You want to reduce traffic congestion, I have the answers. V/r
