Mr. Sampson, I cannot recommend an attorney.  I can give you the link to the SC Bar website.  They have a referral link on their site.  www.scbar.org.

Sir,

Just to follow up on this, is there a lawyer in the area that you would recommend? My wife, RyanLynn, has been talking about divorce for a number of months now and I would like to have an idea what my options are and how bad she can make all of this.

She spent/took all the money when she left so I do not have much cash left to spend on all the lawyer/court stuff. I am returning from Iraq this weekend which will make contact with a lawyer or whoever much easier.

I appreciate your time.

Thank you,

Matthew Sampson

Mr. Sampson,

First of all I wish you safe journey’s.  I am a retired Army Warrant Officer.   I was asked to see how I may be able to assist you.  There is not a lot I can offer you as this is a legal manner.  I can offer you the contact information for the Heath Springs Police Department (803) 273-9366 and for the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office (803)283-3388.  These numbers may help you as you retrieve your assets.  Once again, Godspeed.  Let me know if I can assist you in the future.
