I beg of you to drive our highways with a very watchful eye, I'm sure you will agree these new programs instituted by the SCDPS, WILL NOT, decrease deaths on our highways, as even the most basic rules of the road, using turn signals, rolling through stop signs, etc are not being enforced, as 80% of the drivers I encounter do not use turn signals, this includes law enforcement.
