When the state of South Carolina is under a state of emergency, approved by the Governor, the school district are closed. ( I understand the need for safety and saving lives ) During this state of emergency, is there any state or federal funding to support the crisis, and employee wages?  In our district,(FSD1) classified employee's wages are not affected, however, unclassified/clock punchers are docked for those days of crisis.  

I know this may seem trivial, however upsetting to many of our employees.
