I will be retiring after 22 years of service with the Army effective 1 March 2017.  My retirement ceremony will held on 9 Nov 2016. South Carolina is my home of record.  I was sworn in the Military through the MEPS in Columbia South Carolina.  I am requesting a retirement letter from the governor Nikki Haley of South Carolina and I would like to know the process to request the letter.
